It took plenty of time with waiting for the appliances to arrive first before the countertops could be measured, and then the wait for them to be cut, but they were finally just installed. They are quartz and actually thicker than I was anticipating for some reason. Either way, they are definitely solid. I think they blend in pretty well with the cabinets too.
After installed I quickly worked to get the drain and water connections installed for the sink. And then wrangled the oven into place. The oven weighs a ton, but fit in perfectly and looks really nice in place. I haven't done it yet, but I'll put a bead of clear caulk around the oven just to make cleanup around it easy and so liquids don't trickle down through the crack. With the oven being a "slide in" and having an overhand over the countertop, it looks really good as is anyway.
